THE RULES OF ADMISSION, REGISTRATION AND FEES

GENERAL RULES:-

  1. All candidates seeking admission have to take the school entrance test and appear personal interview along with their parents if required. Admission test will be taken on the level of the class preceding the one to which admission is sought.

  2. Candidates who do not qualify in the Entrance test or interview will not be considered for admission.

  3. Within five days from the date of declaration of the result, the fee of the student should be deposited and delay in depositing the fees shall be condemnatory. In case of failure, the admission shall be considered cancelled.

  4. The following should accompany the application at the time of admission:-
    A.    Date of Birth Certificate.
    B.    Original Transfer Certificate.
    C.   Counter Migration Certificate issued by the competent authority if he/she is comming from  other state.
    D.    ST/SC/OBC Certificate.

  5. The application will be accepted only if it is found to be in order along with all the information and document.

  6. After the student has been admitted, it is compulsory for the student to come in the school campus in complete uniform within seven days.

  7. The principal reserves the right to admit or reject any student.

  8. A boy/girl who has attended any recognized school will not be admitted wthout a school leaving certificate from the same.

  9. Documents required for admission are not returned.

  10. No school leaving certificate is given until all sums due to the school have been paid in full.

  11. A pupil failing to be promoted may have to discontinue his stuies in the school. A pupil failing twice in the same class must discontinue his /her studies in the school.

  12. Admission fee once paid is not refundable.

    Registration and Admission
    :-

  1. Registration for admission will be opened from 16th March to 15th July. Parents desining admission for their wards are to submit the registration from as attached to the prospectus.

  2. Prospectus and Registration form are issued from the school office on payment of Rs.50/- each.
    The last date for registration will be 15th July.Preceding the academic year during which the admission is sought.

  3. Registration of a candidae by the school does not in itself entitle a candidate to be considered for admission or even for entrance test.

    Rules For Fees
    :-

  1. Admission may be refused to the pupil whose fees are not paid by 5th of the month in which they are due.No fees will be accepted after 15th of the month.

  2. Those whose fees have not been paid by the 15th will have to pay a fine of Rs.2 per day.The names of those whose fees are in arrears for 3 Months will be struck off the register.

  3. The defaulter may be re-admitted on paying the arrears and the re-admission fee of he Rs.500. Habitual defaulter's names will be struck of the rolls.

  4. Students will not be allowed to sit for the HalfYearly or Final Examination unless all dues are paid up to date.

  5. Fees for April, May and June are collected in January,February and March respectively.
