GENERAL RULES RELATED TO SCHOOL
1 Students as well as their parents/Guardians are advised to study the prospectus carefully even before registering their application.
2 Application can be submitted in person at office along with the registraton fees between 8.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M.
3 Tution and other fees should be paid on or before the stipulated date. Fees should be paid only at the office cash counter and receipts should be obtained immediately. The management will not be responsible for amount paid to any unauthorized person.
4 No request for refund shall be considered after giving the receipt.
5 A student should secure minimum 80% attendance for appearing in final examination. Those short of attendance will be back phased and have to repeat the complete year.
6 JVP maintains absolute discipline and students violating this are liable for severe disciplinary action including expulsion.
7 Examination fees of Rs.250/- will be charged for examinations conducted by the school in the month of november.
8 A student who is continuously absent for long period without valid reason, shall have his/her name struk off from scholars register.
9 admission fee once paid is not refundable.
10 All arrears must be cleared before annual examination, failing which the student shall not be allowed to appear for the examination.
11 Parents are requested to take note of the above rules and to assist their wards in observing the school reules and regulation.
12 The provisions of this prospectus may be altered at any time and such alterations will be binding on all the parents and students.
13 Expensive articles, watches or cash must not be brought to the school by the students. The school will not be responsible for their loss.SCHOOL UNIFORM
SUMMER UNIFORM
1 Boys:- Red check shirt with half sleeves and a collar, light brown shorts or pants with two side pockets, light brown tie, a belt, black shoes with lace and light brown socks with coloured red bands.
2 Girls:- Light brown tunic and red check shirt with half sleeves and a collar, two plaits, black ribbon, black hair band for short hairs.Light brown tie belt, black shoes with lace and light brown socks with coloured red bands. Once in a week, all students are allowed to wear civil dress.(i.e.only on Thursday).WINTER UNIFORM
Maroon blazer with two brass buttons with full sleeves 'v'neck and light brown pants/tunic and red sheck shirt with half sleeves.
